I called Joey for a repair to an existing underground waterline that was leaking and had flooded portions of the backyard. He did a thorough job identifying the issue, providing repair options with pricing prior to beginning the repairs so that I had time to consider and make a decision without pressure, and ultimately making a repair that would protect the integrity of the existing waterlines that are over 70 years old. Joey also installed a new water shutoff valve, and took the time to explain the process and review and test the installation with me before finishing his work.
